Booth Set Up will take place from 8:30am-10:30am. If you need to drive your car into Rollans Park (beer, food, watershed education tent) to unload anything this is the only time you will be permitted to drive your car into the parking lot - the EARLIER the BETTER. After 10:30am the parking area will be closed to vehicles. Sponsor booths will enter from HWY 550 and unload on the east side of the river. Set up on the east side of the river should take place between 8:30am-10:30am also. Although there will be an access route left open to this area all day.
River event registration will take place at Rollans Park on Saturday, June 25th from 9am-11:30am. Please come prepared with your ACA membership number and registration fee. If you would like to register early, please click the River Event Registration link in the schedule above and send in your completed registration form. You will still be responsible for filling out a liability waiver so do not forget to stop by the registration table before your event. Registering early will help us expedite this process and make sure you get the size T-shirt you would like.
Kid's Eddy activity area will be operational from 11am - 5pm. This is a fun space for children to get creative at the arts and crafts tent, get their face painted, and play with the various water toys available. There will be sun ovens here in operation baking yummy treats throughout the day. There will be volunteers to assist children with these activities, however this is not a drop off area. An adult must be with a child at all times during the River Festival. The river is not far from any spot at this event and may be a danger to unattended children. Please respect this request.
DOGS ARE WELCOME, BUT MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES!! ROLLANS PARK IS RICH WITH WILDLIFE AND IT IS A SENSATIVE HABITAT AREA.
