The regional band the New Dolorians and Durango group Aftergrass will round out the day. |
6pm - 9pm: James and the Devil James & the Devil has an original style you just can't peg, they spin off Rock'n'Roll sounds with MountainGrass, funk, hip hop, and rhythmic dance chemistry that always gets the house movin! A sort of New Age broad spectrum Rock'n'Roll Review that can be summed up as Rocky Mountain RedNeck Gangsta Rock! |
![]() 2-5pm: Aftergrass | Aftergrass is a 5 piece band with original material that winds throughout many genres; they are a jam band that is rocking through the term. The group has coined the phrase “Ski Bum Rock” as an all inclusive way to describe their musical style. The self-professed ski and snowboard addicts have collaborated with country singers and even hip-hop emcees throughout a five-year career in the Rocky Mountain West. Thomas Sneed of the Reeltime Travelers calls Aftergrass, “ a fully blossomed unit of highly evolved pickers that have carved something special by melting their talents together into a hot sound...” |
![]() NOON-1:30pm: The New Dolorians | There was a band from a little town called Dolores named The Lindells. Then another band, The Porchlights,moved into the SAME town! The two bands met and got along famously and hence The New Dolorians were formed. |
